Orders can be shipped or picked up locally from our Richmond location.
Local pickup
Pickup is available at #9-3071 No. 5 Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 2T4 during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am–1:00 pm. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Shipping
Shipping time and cost depend on the product, quantity, destination, and production schedule. The available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed with your quote.
Please inspect your package promptly after delivery and contact us if there is visible shipping damage.
